Client case study: Ledcor

Ledcor is a diversified construction company, working to design, build, transport, operate, and maintain projects all over North America.

I worked with the Technical Sales division, mainly servicing their client, TELUS. I provided design, copywriting, art direction, and communications services to help further their sales performance and talent acquisition.

I designed these logos and graphics for internal sales spiffs. By branding these spiffs, more excitement and buy-in was built across social and email.

Winter Warrior event video

Winter Warrior was a 3-day sales spiff that the Ledcor Sales team participated in through TELUS. It was a big deal for team morale, and winners earned amazing prizes that included trips to Hawaii. Unfortunately though, due to the 2020 pandemic, that trip never did happen.

I filmed, storyboarded, and provided copywriting and art direction for this video, partnering with a talented Motion Graphics Artist for the editing and motion graphics.

International recruitment video

The Ledcor Sales team had a great opportunity, and they wanted the world to know it. By positioning Canada and the sales position as the career opportunity of a lifetime, this video was to be used to recruit top talent from across the world.

Due to the pandemic and borders shutting down, this video never did get the official launch.

I filmed, storyboarded, and provided copywriting and art direction for this video, partnering with a talented Motion Graphics Artist for the editing and motion graphics.

Doorbell outro

As this was largely a door-to-door sales team before the pandemic, I thought it would be great to end all videos with the logo animated to the sound of a doorbell. Cheerful, a little whimsical, and recognizeable. This was one of the last video pieces we created before the pandemic, so sadly this wasn’t able to be used.
